This exciting role will provide marketing support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive across the Geodesys, DigDat and Anglian Water Direct brands. The key focus of this role is to support on marketing campaigns across a range of media to ensure delivery of marketing and communications plans.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the marketing team to identify relevant channels to market, researching new advertising and editorial opportunities
- Assist with email campaigns/surveys including identification of customer segments, preparations of mailing lists, creation of campaign emails and development of campaign collateral in email system
- Contribute to the marketing of new products in conjunction with Product Managers
- Work with the marketing team to create new content for news articles, press releases and case studies
- Maintain communication schedules to include advertising, PR and events and make media bookings as required
- Coordinate design and production of all marketing merchandise, sourcing quotes, tracking progress, and managing collateral sign-off and stock
- Proof read copy for marketing collateral including printed materials, website, social media and emails
- Manage the bi-weekly internal communications bulletin, collating and writing content
- Compile monthly performance updates, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure updates from each department are received

What does it take to be successful?
- Knowledge of marketing activities and processes
- Experience in working with customer data / CRM system for direct marketing
- Experience in working with a Content Management System
- Experience of end-to-end event management
- Experience of bulk email design and despatch
- Thorough, with a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with people at all levels
- Able to multi-task across different business processes and balance conflicting demands
