This is your chance to build a long term career with Anglian Water and make a real impact on the environment and our communities.
You will split your time between college learning and hands-on experience across our operational sites. You will support the wastewater recycling process - collecting, treating and cleaning wastewater before returning it safely to our rivers and seas. This is a practical, outdoor role where no two days are the same. It is varied, rewarding, and occasionally challenging, but you will be part of a supportive team who will help you grow into a skilled technician. Once qualified, you will join a 24/7 standby rota because your role is vital.

- A genuine interest in the water industry and protecting the environment
- Good communication skills and a strong team mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors and learn new skills
- If you do not currently hold a full UK driving licence, you will need to obtain one by the end of year two of the programme, or if this isn’t possible due to your age, within one year of your 17th birthday.
