We’re looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager to take charge, in part, of the Storage Point Inspection and Refurbishment Programme within Supply Maintenance Delivery (SMD). This is your opportunity to make a real impact - driving safety, efficiency, and excellence across a critical infrastructure programme. • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively to maintain engagement and transparency throughout the programme.
  • Programme Management & Governance: Oversee programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Maintain robust governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
  • People Development & Performance: Lead and develop high-performing delivery and construction teams. Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and best practice adoption.

About You

  • Proven leadership ability, capable of driving high-performance teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring engagement across multiple functions.
  • Experience in CDM compliance, project delivery, and regulatory environments.
  • Track record of capital scheme delivery within the utilities sector.
