Our Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) teams play a vital role in that, helping us use data, technology and insight to transform how we operate and deliver for the future.
We're looking for a DDaT Team Administrator to join us, someone who thrives on organisation, loves bringing people together, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a central point of contact across the DDaT function.
- Administering and coordinating critical digital, data and technology governance forums and boards.
- Supporting systems and helping information flow across teams.
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings, events and travel.
- Supporting both everyday meetings and larger events.
- Raising purchase orders and helping manage supplier queries.
- Pulling together information from systems to support reporting.
- Supporting internal communications through platforms like Viva Engage.
What you'll bring:
- Providing administrative support in a busy environment.
- Supporting managers or leadership teams.
- Strong diary management experience.
- Managing multiple priorities.
- Using Microsoft 365 and digital systems confidently.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with care.
- Experience in a digital, data or technology environment (advantageous).
- Worked with systems like Workday or SAP (advantageous).
- Experience supporting governance, reporting or communications (advantageous).
