Key responsibilities
- Working primarily with the Geodesys and digdat brands
- Responsible for creating the Anglian Water CON29DW (drainage search) through several admin tasks
- Answer customer queries in relation to the searches you are producing
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers with the aim of delivering our extensive suite of searches as efficiently as possible
- Provide a remarkable level of service to every customer, each and every time they interact with us
- Work proactively with our Sales and Marketing teams

- Ideally you'll have excellent Customer Service experience
- Able to multi task and appreciate the challenge of problem solving and taking ownership of resolving customer queries
- Computer literate, comfortable learning new systems
- Work under pressure and organise, and prioritise own workload
- Confident, self-motivated, productive and organised
- Willingness to be flexible and work well within a team, as well as working on own initiative
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with people at all levels
