What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and serving fresh, high-quality food to our visitors
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing stock control and ordering to minimise waste and maximise value
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen
- Contributing ideas to improve menus, service and customer experience
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers through outstanding service
What you'll bring:
- Experience working in a fresh food environment
- Strong culinary and food preparation skills
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- A positive, reliable and flexible approach
- Good knowledge of food hygiene standards
- CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene in Catering (desirable)
