Anglian Water is seeking a Change Analyst to join our Business Change team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on the people side of change, supporting adoption of new ways of working and driving change management plans to maximise usage and minimise resistance.
You will collaborate with Change Managers and Project Managers, building relationships with stakeholders and SMEs across locations including Huntingdon, Peterborough, Lincoln or Norwich.
