At Anglian Water, we don\'t just supply water - we create exceptional outdoor experiences at our water parks and campsites. We are currently looking for Campsite Wardens to join our friendly team and help ensure that our visitors enjoy a safe, welcoming, and memorable stay.
Alton Water is one of our most popular destinations, offering stunning views, water sports, and a well-loved campsite.
About the Role
As a Campsite Warden, you\'ll be living on site and will be the friendly face of our campsites. Your role will be varied and hands-on - perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
You\'ll be helping to maintain the site, support guest check-ins and departures, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day and night.
What you\'ll be doing:
Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out
Providing information and support to campers
Ensuring site rules are followed to maintain a safe and peaceful environment
Performing light maintenance and cleanliness checks
Responding to issues or emergencies as they arise
Supporting the day-to-day running of the site, including during peak periods
About You:
We\'re looking for individuals who:
Have their own caravan/campervan
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Are calm, approachable, and confident in handling a range of situations
Are reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
Are flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
Enjoy being outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous experience in a customer-facing, facilities, or outdoor role is desirable but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in is what matters most.
