We’re looking for a Campaign and Planning Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead strategic campaign planning to deliver a consistent narrative across all channels and audiences.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns using digital, local, paid, and owned media to meet business objectives and ODI targets.
  • Champion insight-driven communications, using data and audience feedback to refine messaging and maximise impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and touchpoints, acting as a guardian of tone, style, and messaging.
  • Manage and coach a small team, driving a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align campaign objectives and deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, using analytics to track success and inform future strategies.
  • Drive innovation in communications, exploring new ideas, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and engagement.

What does it take to be successful?

  • Degree‑level education (or equivalent experience).
  • Significant experience in marketing and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to work strategically across a complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver creative content and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
