This is a key role within our Quality, Environment and Assurance business unit where you will look after the operational planning of nutri-bio deliveries and spreading service, in conjunction with the Scheduling & Control team and Product Advisors, to ensure the overall net costs remain within agreed annual budgets.
You will manage the external marketing campaigns to generate future business interest, increase overall biosolids sales revenue and reduce overall net cost.
Key responsibilities:- Planning and management of land recycling outlets
- Support the Sales team with web/telephone queries, communications and initiatives, to improve the overall level of customer service
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Sales and Marketing team, Operational and Scheduling teams, Water Recycling, and Water Services teams
- Delegate for the Sales & Marketing Manager, with full operational and budgetary responsibility
- Daily management of permit availability for each Water Recycling Centre across the Anglian Water region
- Management of spreading service during the harvest period - overseeing and managing the running order for each spreader, maximising spreading capacity whilst increasing spreading efficiency
- Liaise with external contractors to ensure the correct permits are available
- Ensure financial reporting in relation to individual Product Advisor performance is accurate
- Key reporting of biosolids haulage and spreading operations
- Manage Product Advisor responsibilities - managing sales / soil sampling / deliveries / spreading and associated administration required
