This role supports a 7-day-a-week operation on a shift rota and will include working weekends and bank holidays.

AVH Parks Ltd, part of the Anglian Water Group, manages 14 parks across the East of England and East Midlands, offering outdoor recreation, leisure, activities, events, and commercial services. The Business Support and Sales Administrator plays a key role in supporting efficient office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales and revenue generation across AVH Parks services.

The post holder provides administrative support, manages customer enquiries, supports booking and sales processes, and ensures smooth front-end service delivery. Working as part of the Business Support Sales team, the role contributes to a customer-focused, commercially minded culture across AVH Parks.

What will you be doing:

  • Provide administrative support through tasks like data entry, document preparation, reporting, and general office duties.
  • Handle financial processes such as billing and invoicing, maintain accurate records and systems, support internal communications and scheduling, and provide meeting minutes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Support sales by handling enquiries with a solutions-focused approach and promoting services across multiple offerings.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, track leads and conversions, and assist with campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage the full customer journey from initial contact to post-booking, and produce sales reports as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and social media).
  • Offer accurate information about activities, events, and bookings, while supporting customers through the booking process, including changes and payments.
  • Engage proactively on social media to promote experiences, and maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude.
