Salary – Circa £31,756 rising with experience

Location: Elsham Water Treatment Works, Brigg, Lincolnshire. With travel to surrounding areas.

Permanent, 37 hours per week, full time + Overtime

As part of our Water Supply Team, you will ensure that the Water Supply process delivers treated water by carrying out vital routine operations. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day operational running of water treatment sites, operating machinery, monitoring processes, problem solving across several sites, maintaining quality compliance and adhering to company policies and procedures. We will provide full and ongoing training to help you understand in detail the water treatment process. You will train alongside an experienced Technician, gain all required skills, and be involved in a rota for standby to support out of hours.
