This is your opportunity to support daily operations, guide a lively team, and ensure every guest has a safe, exciting experience.
Working as an Assistant Aqua Park Manager at Alton Water is an exciting opportunity to lead in a vibrant, outdoor environment - supporting daily operations, ensuring guest safety and fun, and helping deliver unforgettable water-based experiences as part of a passionate, energetic team.
What your day to day will look like:
- Support the Aqua Park Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Supervise and motivate lifeguards and activity staff
- Ensure safety procedures and high customer service standards are maintained
- Help manage bookings, guest enquiries, and equipment checks
- Jump in when needed to keep things running smoothly and safely
What You Need:
- NPLQ or equivalent lifeguarding qualification
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferably outdoors or in leisure)
- Great communication, organisation, and people skills
- A proactive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
