Come and join our team! The world of tactical operations in Anglian Water has evolved. We’ve implemented an additional shift line, bolstering the team and enabling us to provide more operational resilience in an increasingly challenging environment and directly supporting our pollution reduction goals to protect the environment. We’re looking for an Alarm Handler to join our 24/7 team.
As part of this role you’ll use telemetry interrogation and analysis to ensure all of our Water and Water Recycling assets are operating at peak performance, using one of the largest telemetry systems in Europe. You’ll respond to alarm points that are monitored 24/7. These alarms alert us when our operational assets require attention, whether it’s a broken pump in a sewage treatment site or a potential gas leak. You’ll join the hard-working team that monitors the complex telemetry system that we rely on to keep the business informed and the region safe.
As our new Alarm Handler, you’ll be responsible for the deployment of high priority work directly to internal operational stakeholders as well as external agencies out in the field, ensuring that any issues are identified as soon as possible and resolved within our agreed service level agreements.
