It’s varied, rewarding, and occasionally challenging, but you’ll be part of a supportive team who will help you grow into a skilled technician. Once qualified, you’ll join a 24/7 standby rota because your role is vital. We are very proud of our apprentices here at Anglian Water. Over 87% of our apprentices are still working here at Anglian after 10 years.

- Follow all health & safety procedures
- Take ownership of your development and contribute to team success

- A genuine interest in the water industry and protecting the environment
- Good communication skills and a strong team mindset
- Willingness to work outdoors and learn new skills
- If you do not currently hold a full UK driving licence, you’ll need to obtain one by the end of year two of the programme, or if this isn’t possible due to your age, within one year of your 17th birthday.
What’s in it for you:
- A dedicated mentor and full support network
- Paid holidays, private healthcare, pension, gym and retail discounts
- Nationally recognised qualifications without the student debt
- A welcoming and inclusive environment where you can bring your true self
