This is your chance to build a long‑term career with Anglian Water and make a real impact on the environment and our communities. You’ll split your time between college learning and hands‑on experience across our operational sites. This is a practical, outdoor role where no two days are the same. It’s varied, rewarding, and occasionally challenging, but you’ll be part of a supportive team who will help you grow into a skilled technician. Once qualified, you’ll join a 24/7 standby rota because your role is vital.
