Together, we’re delivering projects to help protect and improve one of the UK’s most important resources - water.
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands-on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside experienced Engineering professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Electrical Engineering. You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer-term career goals.
What We’re Looking For
- A 2:2 degree or above BEng or MEng/MSc in Electrical Engineering.
- Solid and strong evidence in a project engineering environment in relevant engineering discipline.
- Detailed technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of inter-related engineering disciplines.
- Work in an open and collaborative way – practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client.
- Develop effective working relationships.
- Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making.
- The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
- An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment.
- A full UK driving licence, or the ability to travel between project locations where required.
