Anglian Water Services is seeking an RCM Enablement Manager to lead the strategic definition and delivery of the Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) programme for AMP8 across Water Supply. You will embed RCM as the core methodology and drive the shift from reactive to proactive, predictive and data-led maintenance for a vast asset base including treatment works, 800 tanks and 8,000 pumps.
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance Strategy & Asset Health, you’ll lead a small team, influence.
