What Will You Be Doing as a Co‑Creation Delivery Manager: This is a high‑impact role at the centre of transformation across IMRDS. As a Co‑Creation Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of turning innovative ideas into real, scalable solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance wellbeing and sustainability outcomes. You'll lead the delivery of co‑creation programmes that directly support step‑change improvements across capital delivery and operations – shaping how we work today and future‑proofing how we deliver tomorrow.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of co‑creation initiatives – from idea through to trial, scale‑up and business‑as‑usual adoption
- Drive the efficiency realisation programme, contributing to cost‑base reduction targets and measurable performance improvements
- Design and deliver trials across desktop, pilot and live environments – ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and impactful
- Champion co‑creation as a core way of working, facilitating workshops and bringing together diverse expertise to solve challenges
- Develop business cases, manage governance approvals, and oversee project budgets
- Ensure benefits (financial and non‑financial) are tracked, realised and clearly reported
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learning – including capturing and sharing lessons from success and failure
- Influence senior stakeholders and partners to challenge traditional approaches and adopt new ways of working
