What Will You Be Doing as a Co-Creation Benefits Realisation Lead?

Working within the IMRDS alliance and Capital Delivery, this newly created role is central to ensuring the success, credibility and impact of the Co-Creation programme. A key focus of the role is benefits realisation and impact measurement. You'll define clear, measurable benefits for each initiative, aligned to strategic objectives and the IMRDS Whitebook, and develop a robust benefits realisation framework that integrates with wider IMRDS reporting. This will include identifying and agreeing meaningful metrics and KPIs across financial, operational, environmental and customer outcomes, and tracking benefits from pilot through to business-as-usual. You'll work closely with project leads, delivery teams, finance and senior stakeholders across the alliance to validate data, influence engagement and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll confidently present insights, findings and recommendations to senior leaders and the Co-Creation Programme Manager. Health, Safety and Wellbeing will underpin your work.
