We are looking for a Performance Plan Analyst to help drive robust performance tracking, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement across Water Recycling. This role is essential in ensuring our strategic performance plan delivers meaningful, measurable outcomes for our customers, our environment, and our regulatory commitments.
You will develop and refine tracking systems, monitor the effectiveness of interventions, providing high-quality performance reporting. You will collaborate closely with operational, programme, and performance teams. Your analysis and insights will support decision‐making at all levels while enabling a culture of outcome‐focused performance and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide robust performance tracking and internal assurance on the delivery of the performance plan.
- Develop and implement systems, and processes to measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of performance interventions.
- Escalate where anticipated improvements are not being realised, recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver performance reports for Performance Cells, Programme Boards, and Exec Boards.
- Monitor and evaluate intervention effectiveness, capturing lessons learned and drive remedial actions.
- Work with Operational Performance and Insight Leads to provide analysis and insight.
- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and systems.

- Demonstrable experience of combining datasets and visualising outputs.
- Understanding of performance frameworks and the use of measures.
- Relevant degree or experience (Maths, Statistics, Science).
- Experience applying Benefit Management Frameworks.
- Logical, analytical, and able to translate data into insights.
- Able to constructively challenge and accept feedback.
