What you’ll be doing: – Conducting health surveillance clinics including spirometry, audiometry, vision screening, and other assessments. – Performing new starter health assessments and reviewing health questionnaires. – Interpreting health data and escalating concerns to Occupational Health Advisors or physicians. – Supporting case discussions and gathering clinical data for management referrals. – Promoting employee wellbeing through health checks like blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and BMI testing. – Maintaining and calibrating clinical equipment, ensuring readiness for mobile clinics. – Travelling to various Anglian Water sites with equipment to deliver on-site assessments. – Ensuring accurate and confidential data entry, reporting, and record-keeping. – Contributing to the development and improvement of screening processes and procedures. – Staying up to date with clinical standards, legislation, and best practices through CPD. What does it take to be successful? – Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. – UK Driving Licence due to travel required within the role – Experience in clinical settings, ideally with occupational health exposure. – Certification in spirometry and audiometry (desirable). – Strong communication , organisational, and IT skills. – A flexible, self-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
