Responsibilities
- As a Café Cook, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors.
- Serving up deliciously prepared meals, fresh snacks, barista coffee, or keeping our cafés clean and inviting.
- Preparing fresh buffets for our room hires, delivering a hearty early morning breakfast and cooking fresh evening meals for our fishing competitions.
- Being flexible to work across peak seasons, major events within the calendar and stepping in to help across multiple cafés where needed.
- The preparation of food and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Supporting the Café Supervisor with leading and training the team.
- Proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring a welcoming space for all visitors.
