Integrated Maintenance, repair and development services (IMRDS) is the team that maintains our water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service our customers. What will you be doing? Employed directly by Anglian Water, your role as a Leakage Analyst is crucial. Without you, our water supply would suffer and there would be a huge impact for our customers. We are looking for you to carry out scheduling activities across two specialist leakage workstreams, Intensive Investigation and Programme Delivery. Responding to alarms and changes in statistical data, you’ll plan and schedule field resource to maximise efficiencies across our diverse regional workforce using our SAP and Oracle systems. You will identify and raise new maintenance activities as well as managing existing workbaskets and assign the right resource to these activities to be resolved within agreed timescales. This is an office based role however with a regional team you will predominantly be home office based. Some travel to local and regional meetings will be necessary during the period of the secondment.

What does it take to be a Leakage Analyst? You'll be enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious with a real desire to drive your career forward and have a passion for hands‑on work and problem solving. Keen to learn new things with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle, you’ll be a good communicator with a desire to make a solid contribution to your team. Previous knowledge of ILPM, IRIS, One Customer, Mercury & Microsoft Office is advantageous but not necessary, as full coaching and training will be offered. A willingness to work on one's own initiative and drive positive change is also essential to this role.
