This role involves overseeing the delivery of the overall programme of Site Safety Inspections for all Water Recycling Assets. You will ensure that major actions are appropriately prioritised, actioned, and funded until resolution.

You will report to the Area Service Manager, owning and completing Site Safety Inspections as per the inspection programme, maintaining a log of actions in accordance with hazard management protocols. You will also carry out minor tasks and remedial actions on-site using hand tools to prevent re-attendance.

You will support Front Line Managers by coordinating with delivery teams to ensure remedial works are funded and executed properly.

Additionally, you will contribute to safety policy development by participating in working groups and coaching team members on safety practices.
