You will provide expert guidance to the IOS Leadership Team and lead a team of Safety Advisors to deliver high standards of safety performance.
This role offers hybrid working (3–4 days onsite) with locations across Lincoln, Grantham, Huntingdon, Peterborough or Cambridge.
Salary is circa £70,000 plus car allowance and generous benefits.
