As part of Anglian Water’s Embedded Alliance, IMRDS brings together industry-leading partners, enabling innovation, collaboration and shared expertise. This is a team where ideas are encouraged, innovation is expected, and your impact can be seen at real scale.

If you’re looking to be part of a forward-thinking, high-impact environment with real opportunities to grow and influence, we’d love to hear from you.

What Will You Be Doing as a Co‑Creation Delivery Manager?

This is a high-impact role at the centre of transformation across IMRDS. As a Co‑Creation Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of turning innovative ideas into real, scalable solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance wellbeing and sustainability outcomes. You’ll lead the delivery of co‑creation programmes that directly support step‑change improvements across capital delivery and operations—shaping how we work today and future-proofing how we deliver tomorrow.

Working across engineering, operational teams and supply chain partners, you’ll:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of co‑creation initiatives—from idea through to trial, scale-up and business-as-usual adoption
  • Drive the efficiency realisation programme, contributing to cost-base reduction targets and measurable performance improvements
  • Design and deliver trials across desktop, pilot and live environments—ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and impactful
  • Champion co‑creation as a core way of working, facilitating workshops and bringing together diverse expertise to solve challenges
  • Develop business cases, manage governance approvals, and oversee project budgets
  • Ensure benefits (financial and non-financial) are tracked, realised and clearly reported
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learning—including capturing and sharing lessons from success and failure
  • Influence senior stakeholders and partners to challenge traditional approaches and adopt new ways of working

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the wider transformation agenda—bringing innovation to life in a way that delivers real value.

What Does It Take to Be a Co‑Creation Delivery Manager?

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys challenge, and is passionate about making a difference:

  • Naturally curious—always questioning and improving the status quo
  • Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
  • Creative and solution-focused, with the ability to turn ideas into action
  • Strongly outcome-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable results
  • Commercially aware, balancing innovation with value and affordability
  • Skilled at influencing and building trusted relationships across diverse teams
  • Confident facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders and driving buy‑in
  • Able to simplify complex ideas into clear, practical actions
  • Passionate about collaboration, co‑creation and continuous improvement

Development & Progression

This role offers significant exposure across the IMRDS Alliance and wider Anglian Water business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, partners and innovation networks—building a strong foundation for future progression.

Opportunities include:
