We'relooking for a talented Programme Controller who can combine strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement to drive the successful delivery of multi-million-pound Watercapital programmes that make a real difference to our customers and communities.
In this role, you'llprovide comprehensive programme governance, performance monitoring, financialcontrol & overview, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Working closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Financeteamsand delivery partners, you'llhelp ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and with maximum business benefit.

- Assuringprogramme costs, outputs, deliverablesand risks
- Developing andmaintainingprogramme controlprocesses, governanceframeworksand performanceindicators.
- Planning &Trackingprogramme costs, outputs, risks, milestones, and delivery performance.
- Producing insightful management reports, dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Supporting investment decisions through programme profiling, forecasting, and risk assessments.
- Identifyingdelivery risks, programmeslippageand opportunities for performance improvement.
- Managing change control processes and assessing the impact of programme changes.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to drive efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
- Using cost and performance data toidentifyvalue addedopportunities.
- Continuously improving processes to better control costs and delivery.
