As a Bioresources Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a team at one of our Bioresources operations sites. Reporting to the Regional Bioresources Manager, you'll ensure that our water recycling and bioresources treatment operations run efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Your leadership will help us meet our environmental goals, including achieving Net Zero and contributing to the Circular Economy.

The Whitlingham site will receive a multi‑million‑pound investment over the course of the next 5 years to meet some of the challenges around our assets on the site, and this could be your opportunity to play a pivotal role in making this happen.
Responsibilities- Champion Safety: Cultivate a culture where personal and process safety are top priorities, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
