Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, allowing you to work from home and from an Anglian Water office.
Training will be office based in Peterborough; once completed you will have the flexibility to work from home.
Your base location will be Henderson House in Huntingdon.
Responsibilities
- Investigate accounts day‑to‑day within the void and debt recovery processes, ensuring accurate data is held to aid the collection of revenue from the correct people.
- Remain compliant with company procedures, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Use varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect changes.
- Employ appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact efforts, using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods.
- Complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.
Qualifications
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to or work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals and be open to change.
- Ability to work with and support others within your own team, as well as other teams and departments.
- Adopt a "can‑do" attitude.
- Ability to plan and manage own time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good telephone manner.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy.
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel, with knowledge of SAP; Tallyman knowledge preferable.
