What Will You Be Doing?

As our new Technical Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Engineering team, ensuring seamless project delivery through efficient coordination and administration. You’ll work across multiple teams, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support – Assist in producing presentations, reports, and issuing Land Entry Notices by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Support the team in preparing key public relations communications to ensure customers are well-informed and satisfied.
  • Survey Coordination – Assist engineers in scoping survey requirements and liaise with the Survey Co-ordination Team to keep projects moving.
  • Carbon Reduction – Record and analyse carbon usage, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and sustainability.
  • Team Support – Provide administrative support to Technical Managers and Design Managers, including managing customer surveys and sharing team updates.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency across projects.
  • Collaboration – Work alongside other Team Coordinators to build a strong, knowledge-sharing community.
