We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join the frontline of project delivery, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater sites. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role offering exposure to major infrastructure projects, cutting‑edge technologies, and the chance to build a meaningful career in a future‑proof industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site
- Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets
- Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges
- Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in site‑based engineering and infrastructure delivery
- Excellent problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across East Anglia
- Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
