Working alongside Design Managers, Engineers, Project Managers, Environmental teams and Construction colleagues, you'll gain valuable exposure to major infrastructure projects while building your professional network across the alliance.

What you'll be doing

As a Coordinator (Engineering), you'll:

  • Support engineering teams with project coordination throughout the design and delivery lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure information is accurately maintained across project systems.
  • Coordinate surveys, utility searches, site access arrangements and stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, plans and project deliverables.
  • Support engineers with land entry notices, mapping and GIS-related activities.
  • Attend project meetings, capture actions and maintain project logs.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently.
  • Contribute to innovative ways of working, helping improve efficiency and project outcomes.

What you'll bring

Essential

  • Experience of working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office applications.
  • A demonstrable interest in engineering and infrastructure projects.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop professionally.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of GIS systems.
  • Experience supporting technical or engineering teams.

Why @one Alliance?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the water sector's most successful and progressive delivery organisations. You'll play an important part in projects that improve water resilience, support sustainable growth and protect the natural environment, while developing your own skills and career along the way.
