As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategically important change projects in a matrix management environment, coordinating colleagues and resources across functions to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to the required quality. You will be responsible for embedding effective change management practices, ensuring colleagues are engaged, prepared and supported throughout periods of transition. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to work collaboratively with sponsors and change managers, and a values-led approach to influencing and driving positive organisational change.
