You'll combine data-driven insight with practical delivery to ensure capability decisions support meaningful business outcomes, while also leading and contributing to projects that strengthen workforce capability, improve people processes and support strategic change across the business.

  • Develop and enhance our People, Skills and Organisational Capability Framework.
  • Use workforce data and analytics to identify capability gaps and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain and govern the organisation's skills taxonomy and capability models.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen capability planning and workforce readiness.
  • Leverage digital tools, including Workday, to improve capability management and insights.
  • Lead and support capability related projects that drive organisational improvement and strategic change.
  • Support the delivery of strategic workforce and organisational capability initiatives, and help shape the skills, capability and future readiness of our workforce, ensuring we're equipped to deliver our purpose and long-term strategy.
  • Work with senior leaders on business-critical initiatives, influence enterprise-wide decisions and play a key role in building the capabilities that will power our future success.
