The predicted salary is between 32074 - 32074 £ per year.

Circa £32,074 depending on skills and experience, plus a business use van. Permanent, full time, 37 hours a week (Monday – Friday).

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard against flooding and pollution threats in targeted areas identified through predictive analytics.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of assets, implementing preventative measures and coordinating with specialised departments for extensive maintenance tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution or escalation when needed.
  • Support pollution incident response, clean-up efforts and ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Work autonomously while collaborating effectively as part of a team when required.
  • Operate within confined spaces and at height, adhering to safety regulations and weight limits.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of the sewerage network, including pumping stations.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise critical work.
  • Analytical thinker who can identify and spot errors confidently and quickly.
  • Customer focused and flexible attitude to support the wider team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Capability to work in confined spaces and at height, with a maximum weight limit of 113kg.
  • Completion of relevant occupational health checks, including Hand-arm Vibration (HAV).
