Permanent position with a salary from £30,000 depending on skills and experience. The role is based at Alton Water Park, Suffolk.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the Activities Manager and managing a team of instructors.
  • Managing online booking.
  • Writing and reviewing risk assessments.
  • Conducting building inspections and fire alarm testing in line with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Accident and incident reporting.
  • Daily/weekly banking.
  • Assisting the team in managing the daily operations of the Aquapark.

What does it take?

  • RYA Senior Instructor qualification.
  • 2 years experience as a Senior instructor.
  • Experience in leading a team of instructors (desirable).
  • Valid First Aid qualification certificate.

Additional Requirements

  • Customer-focused, able to provide first-class customer service to all visitors.
  • Experience in a customer-facing outdoor role desirable.
  • Commitment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn all aspects of our activities.
  • Driving licence.
