Location: Peterborough / Hybrid Shape the Digital Future of the @one Alliance The @one Alliance is a collaborative partnership between Anglian Water and seven leading delivery organisations, working together to deliver major infrastructure projects across the East of England.

We're looking for a Senior Digital & Data Manager to lead our digital transformation agenda, driving innovation, data excellence and emerging technologies to improve project delivery, performance and business growth.

  • What you'll be doing: As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll:
  • Lead and deliver the @one digital and data strategy.
  • Drive a data-led culture across the organisation.
  • Oversee data governance, asset information management and compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the development of data platforms, business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
  • Champion AI, automation and digital innovation to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary Digital & Data team of circa 35 people.
  • Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, alliance partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, IT, Software, Digital Transformation or a related field.
  • Significant leadership experience within digital, data or technology functions.
  • Strong expertise in data and information management.
  • Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Desirable Experience with AI, automation technologies and digital products.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
  • Experience in Master Data Management and change management.
