We’re looking for an Operational Learning Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the capability, competence and future readiness of our operational teams. This is a senior, influential role where you’ll translate business strategy into high-quality learning solutions, ensuring our people have the skills, confidence and accreditation they need to operate safely, compliantly and brilliantly.
- Working closely with senior leaders, SMEs and external providers to ensure learning is fit for purpose, future-focused and compliant.
- Acting as a role model for innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- This is a visible leadership role where you’ll influence at all levels and help shape how operational learning is delivered across Anglian Water.
Requirements:
- Operational experience, ideally within water, utilities or a similar regulated environment.
- Experience in training, learning and development – including competency frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
- Experience working with external training providers and accreditation bodies.
- A solid understanding of regulatory, safety and compliance requirements.
- Project and budget management experience.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team.
