You’ll work alongside experienced People professionals across Capital Delivery, gaining hands‑on experience across recruitment, learning and development, HR Projects, people analytics, early careers and colleague initiatives. This is a role where you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, bring your ideas and get involved – you’ll have the opportunity to contribute from day one. You’ll also work on real projects, bring your ideas and learn how the People function helps a complex organisation and its people perform at their best.

You’ll need:

  • A 2:2 degree or above in HR, Business, Psychology, People Management or a related subject
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR / People
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of people
  • A willingness to learn and try new things
  • The ability to organise your time, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Good attention to detail, particularly when working with people information and data
  • The confidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and share your ideas
