- What you’ll be doing
- Supporting, IT Development project contract review and resourcing agreements within DDa T frameworks
- Providing cost and commercial expert input into contractual negotiations, evaluation, and lessons-learned activities
- Supporting contract administration, cost capture and challenge of cost estimates and change requests
- Assuring Supplier cost and performance reporting, dashboards and KPIs
- Supporting assurance, audit activity and contract compliance across DDa T frameworks
- Identifying opportunities to improve, streamline or automate cost control and reporting processes
- Supporting the Purchase Orders process/ activity resilience across the wider Commercial Team
- What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of cost analysis, commercial and contract management principles
- Experience supporting cost control, contract management or framework governance
- Ability to analyse cost data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively
- Highly organised and able to deliver quality outputs to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and reporting tools
