You’ll be a valued member of one of our strategic change teams to enable our purpose of loving every drop and to build a sustainable business for the future. ## **What you’ll be doing:**As a Change Analyst, you will play a key part in ensuring change is adopted by our business. You will do this by focusing on the people side of change, particularly ensuring that those impacted by the change are aware, able and inspired to adopt the change. Supporting a Change Manager, you will help carry out change management across our organisation to support delivery of our business strategy. Your primary responsibility will be supporting in the creation and implementation of change management plans to maximise people adoption, usage and minimise resistance. This role will be part of the Business Change team and will report day to day to the assigned change project working alongside the Change Manager or Project Manager.
