The predicted salary is between 24300 - 29700 £ per year.

Salary: Circa £27,000, depending on skills and experience

Full time, 37 hours per week

Permanent Location: Northampton (Great Billing) and Milton Keynes (Cotton Valley). The role covers two Anglian Water sites.

Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations. The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres.

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operational Team Administrator to join our Water Recycling Operations team. You will play a vital role in supporting our operational teams by providing essential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations within the catchment area. Your role will involve a range of tasks, including:

  • Accurate planning, scheduling and recording of all meetings (meeting rooms, record minutes, arrange refreshments, organising invitations and communicating with attendees)
  • Managing meeting diaries, scheduling 1:2:1 meetings and monthly team meetings with efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintaining health and safety records for all team members
  • Keeping a record of gaps and/or training that is due to expire
  • Ensuring that all data collection and retention is in line with GDPR regulations
  • Ordering PPE, tools and equipment and stationery for team members

What does it take to be an Operational Team Administrator?

  • Secretarial and/or administrative experience
  • Excellent IT skills - experience in MS Office 365
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work
