What will you be doing?
As a Senior Activity Instructor, you will be supporting the Activities Manager and managing a team of instructors to deliver fun activities for all ages.
- Deliver high quality, safe and enjoyable activities, including watersports, bushcraft and land-based sessions, for individuals, school groups and corporate groups.
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish, assisting with the delivery of day-to-day operations.
- Use the online booking management system to ensure customers have a seamless experience when booking and checking in for hires, courses and events.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and presentation.
- Handle cash, retail systems and end-of-day process in line with company procedures.
What does it take?
- RYA Senior instructor Qualification
- Experience in leading a team of instructors (Desirable)
- An appropriate valid First Aid qualification certificate
- We are looking for customer-focused individuals to provide first-class customer service to all our visitors
- Experience of working in a customer facing outdoor role would be desirable
- You’ll help us maintain a clean and safe environment
- Most importantly you’ll show flexibility and a willingness to learn about all aspects of our activities
