What will you be doing?

As a Senior Activity Instructor, you will be supporting the Activities Manager and managing a team of instructors to deliver fun activities for all ages.

  • Deliver high quality, safe and enjoyable activities, including watersports, bushcraft and land-based sessions, for individuals, school groups and corporate groups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish, assisting with the delivery of day-to-day operations.
  • Use the online booking management system to ensure customers have a seamless experience when booking and checking in for hires, courses and events.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and presentation.
  • Handle cash, retail systems and end-of-day process in line with company procedures.

What does it take?

  • RYA Senior instructor Qualification
  • Experience in leading a team of instructors (Desirable)
  • An appropriate valid First Aid qualification certificate
  • We are looking for customer-focused individuals to provide first-class customer service to all our visitors
  • Experience of working in a customer facing outdoor role would be desirable
  • You’ll help us maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Most importantly you’ll show flexibility and a willingness to learn about all aspects of our activities
