We are looking for a Water Regulations Technical Coordinator to join our Water Regulations team on a part-time basis. You will support the delivery of Anglian Water Fittings Regulation Compliance, within the Anglian Water region, through effective administration of the Water Regulations team.
This role is responsible for administering day to day correspondence e.g. letters and emails within specified service levels. You will maintain the Water Regulations database to ensure details are accurate and current in respect to inspections undertaken, contact details, and correspondence.
Key responsibilities- Provide a telephone support service to Water Regulations Engineers and Industrial / Commercial customers
- Monitor the Water Regulations team mailbox
- Administer approval of Regulation 5 Drawings through the Engineers
- Book appointments with customers for Engineers and re-inspections
- Compile Inspection reports and send to customers whilst remaining compliant with Market Reform
- Chase customers for completion of remedial works
- Liaise with other Technical Coordinators to ensure that inspections are booked in and carried out on the Anglian Water sites
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in Health & Safety, ensuring consistent standards are maintained
