Compensation and Working Conditions

£45,760 starting salary, plus overtime and standby, with opportunity for pay progression up to £60,000 Basic Business use of company van, tools and PPE equipment

Permanent, Full Time 37 hours p/w, with flexibility for part time

Location: Louth, Market Rasen, Caistor and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out general repairs, investigating and rectifying faults and completing scheduled & reactive maintenance to ensure the reliability of our assets.
  • This role is not just about doing a job, it’s about protecting our environment and our customers.
  • With support from a collaborative team, you will develop your commercial and industrial experience with assets such as: electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment and instrumentation, inverters, as well as working on/around gearboxes, screw conveyers and centrifuge equipment. This role is vital and will have a direct impact on the environment and communities that we serve.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • An NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds electrical qualification (or equivalent), 18th Edition, AM2, or equivalent or have completed a full Electrical apprenticeship
  • A full UK driving licence is also essential.
  • You will have demonstrable experience in completing inspections, maintenance and fault diagnosis, being competent undertaking repairs to large pumps, actuated valves, VSD and 3-phase electrical switchgear.
