It’s varied, rewarding, and occasionally challenging, but you’ll be part of a supportive team who will help you grow into a skilled technician. Once qualified, you’ll join a 24/7 standby rota because your role is vital.

  • A genuine interest in the water industry and protecting the environment
  • Good communication skills and a strong team mindset
  • Willingness to work outdoors and learn new skills
