This role provides you with the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base office location could be in Peterborough, Huntingdon or Lincoln.

Supporting our People

An opportunity has arisen to join our respected, specialist team providing effective Employee Relations advice to our business stakeholders. You will report to an Employee Relations Manager and be part of our centre of excellence. You will be the first point of contact for general queries relating to policy and procedures, providing high quality advice and guidance.

In addition, you will provide a professional ER case management service to ensure our business managers deal effectively with their people management issues, in both informal and formal processes, in areas such as absence management, investigations, disciplinaries, flexible working requests, grievances & performance capability. You will balance best practice with the need to support sound business decisions, whilst building strong working relationships to be able to persuade and reassure managers on a specific course of action, ensuring all implications are considered.
