Anglian Water is looking for an enthusiastic Early Careers Partner to shape the learning journey for apprentices and graduates across the region from Huntingdon, Peterborough or Lincoln. The role involves regular travel to support colleagues, partner organisations and educational providers within the Anglian Water region. You will monitor progress, support learners through gateways and EPAs, and collaborate with line managers, colleges and our People team to ensure a high-quality learner.
